Biographical / Historical
Joseph A. Wolf, of Pennsylvania, attended courses in the Medical
Department of Pennsylvania College during the 1844-1845 and
1847-1848 academic sessions. He received his M.D. in 1848.
His thesis was on typhus fever. Nothing further is known of
Wolf, though a Joseph A. Wolfe was surgeon to the 29th Pennsylvania
Infantry from 1861-1865.
